KATIE STERN (Writer/Director) Katie Stern grew up in New York City. At a young age, she started making movies with her older brother, many of which have appeared on public access television. Her NYU thesis film, BLUE DRESS, was the recipient of the Warner Brothers Production Award. She has worked on numerous feature films for directors such as Todd Solondz, Kelly Reichardt, and Robert DeNiro. She currently produces commercials and music videos for Washington Square Films and is hard at work on her first feature-length screenplay.
